ABOUT ACUPUNCTURE

The Care You Deserve

Acupuncture is a traditional form of Chinese Medicine that commenced over 2000 years ago.  Today, even though Western methods are also used, it is still taught to Medical Graduates in China, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.  Within Australia it is practiced both in private clinics and in some public hospitals.  In simple terms, the treatment involves inserting a very fine needle or applying a laser beam at strategic points, which are connected to one another by 'energy lines' called meridians.
